Before You Reach Out

  • Try signing out and signing back in with your Strava account.
  • Check your internet connection if activities or media fail to load.

Reporting an Issue

When reporting a bug or issue, please include:

  • A brief description of what happened.
  • What you expected to happen instead.
  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible.

Subscription & Billing

SHUTT PRO subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
